DAY PASS
1. Validity: Must use within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Inclusions: This pass allows you 1 full day of unlimited studio access, but excludes workshops and other special events.
3. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered for any reason.
4. Booking Etiquette: All sessions must be booked via our website in order to attend. You can book up to 3 hours prior to the session commencement. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. No-shows or late cancels incur a $10 fee and you authorize us to debit this from your account. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.
5. Arrival Time: We ask you that you have arrived and checked in at least 10 minutes before your class time. 5 Minutes prior to commencement any un-checked spots will be given to walk-ins. We’ll also call First Timers into the studio for our “pre-class” intro. Everyone else is invited to come in and start taking their places shortly after.
6. Class Schedule: Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation. You will receive an email if your booked class is cancelled. F*IT is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
7. Use of your image: You agree that from time to time F*IT may take videos/photos to use for promotional purposes which you may be featured in.
8. F*IT is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
9. Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your health status that may alter your ability to perform your prescribed exercise program. You are advised to not attend if suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment or whilst suffering from any physical ailment.
You must notify us of any pre-existing medical condition or injury. We are not trained medical professionals. Before you undertake any vigorous exercise program, you should consult your doctor. If you believe there is any risk to your health from doing any of our exercises, you must notify us immediately.
10. Liability: You understand that during any training session provided by us, there is a possibility you may suffer an injury or illness as a result of participation in the agreed physical activity program. You release us from any and all liability now or in the future, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, that may occur as a result of the correct and proper delivery of services under this agreement.

14 DAY TRIAL
NOTE: Upon completion of the 14 Day Trial, your pass will roll over to the Foundation Unlimited Series ($59/week, 24 week minimum). You can cancel this anytime within your first 14 days – simply shoot through an email to info@fk-it.com.au.

30 DAY F* EXCUSES CHALLENGE

CLASS PACKS (10, 20, 40)

10 Class Pack (expires 3 months after purchase date)
20 Class Pack (expires 6 months after purchase date)
40 Class Pack (expires 9 months after purchase date)

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP – AUTORENEWING 12 WEEKS
1. Inclusions: This membership allows you unlimited studio access, priority waitlist and priority booking. Excludes workshops and other special events.
2. No refunds, transfers or extensions are offered for any reason.
3. Booking Etiquette: All sessions must be booked via our website in order to attend. You can book up to 3 hours prior to the session commencement. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. No-shows or late cancels incur a $10 fee and you authorize us to debit this from your account. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.

6. Debits: Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per week via a third party biller. The date of debiting will begin from your membership purchase date. This is an autorenewing membership. You understand your membership will run for a minimum term of 12 weeks and then until further notice.
7. Payments: It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, F*IT reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields bank costs of $11.90 for failed transactions.
You agree that you will notify us of any changes to your card details, or the closing/transfer of your bank account at least 72 hours prior to your next debit.
8. Suspensions: Memberships may be suspended via a written request (via email to info@fk-it.com.au) for a minimum of one week (7 days) and a maximum of 4 weeks. Each freeze period must start and end on a fee payment day. Suspensions must be made in 7-day increments only. 5 working days notice prior to the suspension date request is required to process the suspension. Suspensions will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email. Suspensions cannot be backdated.
9. Cooling off Period: If you wish to cancel your contract with no penalties, you must do so in writing within seven (7) days of agreeing to this contract by sending an email to info@fk-it.au. This is only applicable to new membership agreements. Not applicable if you have rolled over from F*Excuses Trial.
10. Cancellations: A member may only request this contract to be cancelled within the minimum term if you become sick or incapacitated and cannot exercise for a period of twelve (12) months or the remainder of this contract (whichever is longer). A cancellation fee of 50% of the outstanding amount remaining will apply if you cancel your contract within the minimum term for any of the above reasons. If you wish to cancel your contract for any other reason, you must pay out the remainder of the contract in full.
Once the minimum contract period has been completed you agree that your membership will autorenew until further notice. You must advise us by writing if you wish to change/cancel your membership. This must be made in writing to info@fk-it.com.au with a minimum of thirty (30) days notice.
11. Fee Increases: Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs. F*IT reserves the right to adjust your fees at any time after your agreement has ended. F*IT will make a reasonable effort to notify you at least 28 days prior in writing to your provided email address. You authorise us to increase any debits from your nominated account.
