This is the best gym of all time. The trainers are fun and knowledgeable, and they encourage you to push yourself. The classes rotate, and so do the exercises -- so it never gets boring. And the biggest thing for me is that you actually see yourself improving, getting faster on the treads, using more weights for the exercises, or improving on the boxing drills. I could not recommend it more!

F* IT not only has a fantastic vibe (and the best protein smoothie I have ever had "Wake me up with BcAA and Glutamine").
But most importantly it has taken my fitness to a whole new level which has resulted in some incredible results with my own sporting endeavours (Competitive fencer). My wife also loves it here and isn't an exercise junkie like myself so the classes are truly tailored to all fitness levels.

Absolutely! Our workouts are beginner-friendly. Like any new skill, it takes time, but you’ll get the hang of it. We recommend watching our boxing lowdown and defence lowdown before your first class. You got this!

Don’t sweat it! Our trainers offer modifications, so you’ll always have options that suit your fitness level.
Any class! All of our classes are suitable for beginners. Pick the one that fits your schedule, and we’ll make sure you feel comfortable.
You can bring your own or hire/buy them at the studio. First-timers get complimentary wraps and glove hire! Otherwise, it’s $3 each to hire per class, or you can purchase them to keep: gloves for $65 and wraps for $24.95.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get settled, especially if it’s your first time.
We get it, life happens! If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule, but we’ll make sure you get a spot in another class.
Yes, you can cancel up to 5 hours before class without a charge. Just make sure to do it via our app or website.
Add yourself to the waitlist, and you’ll get notified if a spot opens up. The waitlist means you’re on standby to be added to the class – this can happen anytime! If you’re allocated a spot (up to 30 minutes before class starts), you’ll be notified by email. If you don’t think you can make it and haven’t yet been added to the class, you can remove yourself from the waitlist (even if it’s within the 5-hour late cancel window).
Wear comfy, workout-ready clothes, and sneakers. Don’t forget to bring a towel and water bottle (+ wraps & gloves on boxing days)! Tip: You can view what to bring under the class description on the schedule.
Yep! We’ve got showers and all the essentials to freshen up after you crush your workout. Shower towels and toiletries are complimentary. We’ve got everything from deodorant to straighteners – think of it as your second home!
